Vendor Information for the big 10 year Anniversary in 2010 will be posted here as soon as it becomes available.

Traditionally, vendors who have had a booth in previous years are able to reserve their same spaces at future events. Payment must be included with application to reserve space. Many vendors increased the size of their booths in 2009. Food vendor spaces were all sold out in April. Only a limited number of food booths are sold to insure that everyone is successful. Vendors may only sell items which they have named in application. Register early next year by calling Mainstreet to receive a packet by mail. Proof of insurance is required as well as local permit.

The words "Historic 66 Fire and Ice Bike Rally" and the logo are registered trademarks of the Grants Mainstreet Project. No one is allowed to use the trademark on any merchandise unless authorized in writing by the Grants Mainstreet Project. Unauthorized used of the logo or trademark may result in legal action. Motorcycle Rally USA has paid Mainstreet for the exclusive right to use the trademarked logo. All others who infringe on that right will be asked to leave and/ or prosecuted. If you are unsure about the use of the words or logo, please contact MainStreet for a legal definition.
